The importance of sports for the hemophiliacs

Hemophilia is a hereditary disease. A hemophiliac is either the missing or deficiency of the clotting protein found in plasma responsible for coagulation of blood which results in log lasting bleedings. Therefore, for curing this disease the needed factor should be provided for the body.

Sports are a vital need for hemophiliac children. They should be motivated for doing some safe soprts like swimming, cycling, hiking, walking, and fishing. These kinds of sports strengthen the muscles. Strong muscles can support joints. Doing sports which have the high possibility of conflict and clash like soccer, basketball, etc are not recommended.
